St. Andrew’s Day at the theatrical Lumé Restaurant!
On Wednesday November 30th, Whisky and Alement and Lûmé are teaming up to celebrate Scotland’s national day of celebration, St Andrews Day.
St Andrews Day has traditionally been marked by a lavish feast; a grand banquet of exotic cuisine, shared between nobility and jesters alike. Of course, in true Scottish spirit, there was always a cheeky tipple on hand for guests to imbibe.
On this night, we will be recreating that atmosphere with a one-off whiskey event, paired with Lûmé’s eccentric kitchen creations.
Whisky and Alement will be bringing in a few very special bottles which they’ll finally be opening, and pouring for, our esteemed guests. This includes six rare single malts, blends (including a 1960’s bottling of Johnnie Walker Black Label) and contemporary whiskeys from international producers.
